Challenge

OnPlan Consulting was a respected Oracle partner but faced difficulty gaining traction for its new NetSuite consulting services. Despite strong technical expertise, the firm struggled to attract qualified leads and communicate its value to decision-makers evaluating ERP partners.

To reposition the brand and generate demand, I developed a multi-channel inbound marketing strategy focused on awareness, education, and lead conversion.

Regional Targeting 

Focused Google Ads campaigns on the Pacific Northwest, where OnPlan’s strongest business relationships existed. Ads targeted high-intent search queries like “NetSuite consultant” and “ERP implementation help.”  This provided an affordable approach for qualified leads.

Landing Page Design

Built new HubSpot landing pages tailored to verticals including Outdoor Sports, Wholesale Distribution, Education, Fintech, Retail E-Commerce, and Manufacturing. Each page clearly outlined the NetSuite implementation process, service benefits, and industry-specific use cases.  We produced over 32 landing pages that also targeted potential clients based on user roles and case studies to attract for submissions. 

SEARCH & VIDEO  

In order to help increase time on site we designed and shot a series of videos to help with search and time on site.  This part of the strategy provided snippets of snackable information, build trust, and convert customers to OnPlan.   

 

 

Ad Campaign


In order to break into the NetSuite sector, we built an ad campaign within Google with searches for NetSuite Consultants or ERP in industry specific sections. 

 

 

Automated Follow Sequence


Designed HubSpot workflows delivering relevant case studies and a 9-week email sequence to guide long-cycle buyers through evaluation. Content covered topics such as What Makes OnPlan Different, The OnPlan Process, and real-world implementation success stories—personalized by the form data captured.

 

 

Sales Enablement & Follow-up

Developed a structured follow-up process where sales teams contact qualified leads through automation reminders.  A follow video would be sent through video brochures to reinforce brand credibility and humanize outreach that was directly sent to the key stakeholder.

 

 

Results
