Property Development Marketing Turnaround

Stafford Land Company had developed 12 residential lots ranging from one to five acres. Despite strong expectations, sales had stalled. The company was losing nearly $30K per month in carrying costs due to unsold inventory. After looking into it further, I concluded that it was likely a lack of visibility and information.

Approach

With a budget of $5K, I launched a focused digital campaign to reach active land buyers searching for Oregon properties. I created dedicated landing pages for each lot with detailed descriptions, maps, and visuals to make exploration easy and transparent. I personally captured aerial drone footage, 360-degree views, and still photography of each property to improve buyer confidence.

Results

Within two months, multiple properties sold and several others received qualified inquiries. The improved online presentation and targeted Google Ads strategy reversed months of stagnation and significantly reduced ongoing carrying costs.
