At Stafford Land Company, I helped market and position land developments for both large builders such as Lennar and DR Horton, as well as individual property buyers. The company’s services ranged from excavation and rezoning to full community development, and my role was to make each project marketable and visible. I led initiatives to strengthen the company’s online presence, managed rental listings, produced photography and graphics, and launched targeted Google Ads campaigns, all designed to attract buyers and move inventory efficiently.

 

Website Redesign & Launch

One of the first orders of business was to improve the Stafford Land Company website.  Although, Stafford had a lot of different elements, this was a hot topic item for one of the owners.  With that I met with the owner and one of the lead community designers to understand the needs of the organization. 

Property Development Marketing Turnaround

Stafford Land Company faced a challenge with a set of 12 residential lots that weren’t selling. After identifying that the lack of accessible information was deterring buyers, I built targeted landing pages, created aerial and 360-degree visuals, and launched Google Ads campaigns aimed at people searching for Oregon land between one and five acres. Within two months, the lots began selling and inquiries increased substantially, turning a $30K monthly loss into momentum.
